How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply contact our support team:

Please include the email address associated with your JobPrepr account in your refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.
Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed through our payment provider (Paddle)
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Your subscription will be cancelled immediately upon refund approval
After the 14-Day Period
Refund requests made after the 14-day period are generally not eligible for a refund. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation
