JobPrepr is an AI-powered interview preparation platform that provides:

• AI-generated interview questions based on job descriptions
• Mock interview practice sessions
• AI coaching feedback on your interview responses
• Progress tracking for interview preparation

The Service is designed to help users prepare for job interviews but does not guarantee employment outcomes or interview success.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

JobPrepr offers a subscription-based service with the following terms:

• A 7-day free trial is available to new users, no credit card required
• After the trial period, subscription fees are billed monthly
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy

Prices are subject to change. We will provide notice of any price changes before they take effect.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including job descriptions, interview responses, and other materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. Do not submit confidential information that you are not authorized to share.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate interview questions, coaching feedback, and other content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided for informational and educational purposes only
• AI responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation
• You should use your own judgment when applying any AI-generated suggestions
• We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using the AI features

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of JobPrepr and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBPREPR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing to use the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
